Our physiotherapists are registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) and bring expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological rehab, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) treatment. They combine hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programs to restore your strength, flexibility, and function.

Our chiropractors are registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and specialize in spinal health, joint dysfunction, and musculoskeletal pain. Using precise adjustments and soft tissue therapies, they address the structural root causes of your pain — not just the symptoms.

Our RMTs are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). They provide evidence-informed therapeutic massage for injury recovery, chronic muscle tension, stress, and overall wellness — with direct billing available to most insurance plans.

Our acupuncture practitioners bring both traditional and contemporary clinical acupuncture expertise to our team. Acupuncture at Body Flex is used to manage pain, reduce inflammation, support nervous system health, and complement physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment plans.

Our osteopaths take a whole-body approach to care — assessing and treating the structural, fascial, and functional relationships throughout the body. Osteopathic manual therapy is particularly effective for chronic pain, headaches, postural dysfunction, and recovery from injury.

Our naturopathic doctor is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and works with patients to address the root cause of health issues using evidence-informed natural therapies — including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counselling, and IV therapy.

Our clinical team has extensive experience managing motor vehicle accident (MVA) and Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB)
